I had to leave this review because I was in so much pain after one of my wisdom teeth erupted over the weekend, and I had been calling every dentist in the Valley trying to get in. Bright Now Dental was the only office willing to accommodate me last minute. I spoke with an assistant named Ariel, and he was incredibly empathetic with amazing bedside manner. Absolutely ridiculous! All about money but don't care about the people! Not everyone qualifies for care credit!! I was told when I scheduled the appointment that they take in house payments (talked to 3 different people that confirmed) then was told when I get there that they don't! Their recording on their hold message says "no one should have to forgo dental care due to cost" but yet here am I, not getting the care I need!
