I used to give Bright Now five stars, but now recommend against them. I found Dr. Eljack to be not thorough in his examinations, as well as incredibly dismissive in regards to dental anxiety. I’d recommend to him to further educate himself on severe dental anxiety and put more effort into providing a more comfortable experience for patients who disclose their dental anxiety to him. I made a new patient appointment for a dental cleaning and x rays. They did the X-rays but not the cleaning and charged me the full amount. When I asked why I didn’t get the cleaning, the dental assistant brushed it off saying they’re too busy and all but pushed me out the door to leave. I feel swindled.
I've never liked going to the dentist but Bright Now has put that aside. Great work, great people, couldn't be more pleasantly surprised.
Like many people from my Boomer generation... I am not always comfortable in the dental office... this amazing collection of Souls changed that for me! I don't write many reviews but these Professionals will have you in the best care!! Trust me!! No Regrets!!
