The staff is nice until you start to ask questions, then they become defensive and hostile. The whole business model seems to be based on providing services that you don't need just so they can bill your insurance company. I needed some extensive work done which they padded up the estimate until it reached $17K out of pocket. I thought that price was very high so when I asked them to send records to my insurance company to review they agreed to do so, but never followed through.
