My first visit wasn't to bad. Friendly staff
Wish there was an option for ZERO STARS!! My first appointment was scheduled for July 1… received 2 confirmation text messages for appointment & arrive to appointment to figure out they are CLOSED… get rescheduled for July 3 to see dentist and get my teeth cleaned. Arrive to this appointment to figure out they don’t have a dental hygienist to clean my teeth & didn’t notify me till i get there. I then get scheduled for today (July 31) to get my teeth cleaned. If I could give them negative stars I would. Booked an appointment 2 months in advance. Got to my appointment, sat for 45 min and then they tell me the hygienist was on maternity leave for 5 more months so I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned today. Highly unprofessional!!!
