I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Wade and his staff have always been nothing but nice to me and have taken their time to get me optimum care with minimal pain and stress
TERRIBLE...Made an appointment to have teeth whitening a month in advance and had to miss work to make the appointment because of availability. They called me when I was on the way to make sure I put my teeth treys in before they performed the procedure. I let them know that I was not aware of any pre-trey procedure and that I made this appointment a month ago. Office staff disinterested. I have no idea what the dentist that took care of me looks like. They work like on an assembly line. Waits on phone line are horrible. They have no idea what it takes to keep a customer. I would not take my dog there to get his teeth cleaned. Don't know how they stay in business. Names of Dentists listed online are nowhere to be found. They probably own this dental factory but I wonder if they practise.
