Waited an hour for the dentist. Dentist was not clear about the the work I needed. Did not know what teeth where bad. I had to tell him. After seeing another dentist a week before. And the assistant wasn't very transparent either. Like a previous post, the dentist did not communicate with me.
Everything was good service
I have to tell you this may be possibly the worst dental office in the desert. They constantly cancel and forget that they canceled and try to reschedule you. The dentist will not even communicate with you. He makes you feel like Embarrassed and horrible about yourself. If you have anything wrong with your teeth, I left crying. It’s funny how they can’t get anything approved but when I go to another dental office, it’s approved in one Week!! Western dental in Indio is a Much better option.
