This dentist office overcharged me just over $2,300 on my copays. I'm still trying to get my money back and it has been over a year since I alerted them to the mistake. If you go there be sure to compare your copays to what they are actually charging.
This dental office is like a factory, not a service professional's place of business. The administrative staff are curt. You are ushered through a maze to your chair with little interaction with the staff. The phone doesn't get answered much so when I was still in the dental chair an hour later than we had been told we would be done, and I had a child stranded without a ride (because I was to pick her up after a school activity), she couldn't even get a message to me or find out if I was still at the dental office. The worst place to go! My 9 yr old son had to miss two days of school for absolutely NOTHING! Quoted one price then scheduled the appt for the next day only to show up to the appt for the price to raise $100. Are you kidding me?! Apparently, it s ok to take that out on my kid because the dentist wanted to change things up at the last minute. Don't ever take someone you love to this dentist office! The people in reception are rude and extrememely unhelpful! My son, who I have been training to like dentist offices since he was a year old (and before I brought him to a Bright Now dental liked going). He now hates it, and starts crying. This office was supposed to have my sons records sent over from the Bright Now in Elyria, and they didn't (even though all the records are digital and can be sent through an email), and then tried to re-exray, and do all the other th... read more
