Do not come here. I just spoke with a representative over the phone and told them I tried to reschedule my appointment within the 48 hour notice. I couldn't even tell them that I had COVID before they hung up on me and told me that the $75 fee for not canceling on time will remain on my billing account. The representative hung up on me and I had to call back. I spoke with another representative who said I was "yelling at them," when I was not yelling. Dr. Ashour was amazing! He made sure I didn't feel pain, provided positive feedback, and even played some good music. The assistant was great as well. The office staff is helpful and cheerful. Even though it's a bit further than other dentists, it's well worth it. I highly recommend Bright Now! Dental in Lynnwood,.

I’ve usually had a decent experience but this last time sent me over the edge and I’ll be moving to another facility. After my cleaning they wanted the doctor to come check me out however they had me waiting 15 minutes due to the doctor doing an extraction. I ended up leaving and rescheduled for another day, which honestly living an hour away was a joke I had to do that. Really nice and clean office! It’s hard to find places that are willing to help but this office exceeded my expectations! Meliha took my x rays and was so gentle! She kept asking me if I was okay, walked me through the appointment and gave oral hygiene recommendations! Thank you for leaving my teeth shiny & bright Meliha !
