Avoid these people like the plague! These people are in total violation of privacy and spam laws. They were a terrible company when I dealt with them back in 2012. I just started getting emails from them again - 2025, well over a decade since I last stepped foot in their facility. This reinforces the despicable and untrustworthy behaviors I experienced with them that made me swear to never use the brand again.
I trying to been seeing by hygienist since last year and still can’t have a Cleaning service because they don’t have enough staff the waiting time to the next available hygienist is too long .
Had a very good experience at Bright Now Dental in Lynnwood. Went in for my annual teeth cleaning. She was fast, friendly, and made the overall experience very pleasant.
After moving my husband and I were looking for a new dental place. I made initial appointments for us back in June 2024. My husband went first, he got checked by doctor, got X-ray and cleaning done, scheduled next visit for December. My appointment was couple of days later where I was told they don’t do the same day cleanings (what? my husband just got it 2 days ago!!) and I have to wait for 2 months.
