The one star goes to the hygienist that took care of me. She was great! The missing 4 stars is because my appointment was cancelled by the office, I re-scheduled, then it was cancelled again, and then when I finally had my appointment, I got all the way to the chair and the office team had the hygienist inform me that I would not be reviving an exam today because Dr. Kim went home early since he did not have many patients that afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about Bright Now Dental. The entire staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and thorough.
