The staff is great including reception, Assistants and Doctors. The explanations were very straightforward and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to going back for additional services in the future!
The staff are very friendly and quick to get you in to your appointment. However, if you want your teeth cleaned, you will have to wait several months.

The experience started off okay but ended in disappointment. The front desk receptionists didn’t seem happy and gave off an unfriendly vibe, maybe they don’t enjoy working Fridays. Everything seemed to go smoothly until the end. The nurse was knowledgeable but very stern. It felt like questions weren’t welcome. When we tried to ask, we were told, rather abruptly, to just listen and read the instructions, as everything was supposedly in the bag.
