So far the worst dental experience
While the doctors provided quality care during my visit, the front desk phone staff at this location were extremely unprofessional. I called in to dispute a charge for a so-called “broken appointment”—a term that already seems inappropriate, as the appointment in question had been properly canceled well in advance, following a deep cleaning weeks prior.
