I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. Their customer service is extremely poor — it’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone, and calls often go unanswered or unreturned. On top of that, the pricing was misleading. I was initially quoted a lower out-of-pocket cost, but later received a much higher bill with the explanation that my insurance refused to pay.
