I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel I have to for this office. I’ve had multiple negative encounters with the front office that I’ve let slide, but after my most recent experience, I can’t ignore it anymore. The back office staff and the doctors are always very kind, polite, and friendly. Unfortunately, the front office is the complete opposite—rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Nice place and friendly staff
I had a wonderful visit! I came in for a dental cleaning, and my teeth have never felt better — they’re beautifully clean, and the hygienist did an excellent job removing all the tartar and plaque with great care. From the front desk to the dentist, every staff member was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. They answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office!
Just had my second visit at Bright Now Dental in El Cerrito. Wonderful staff and atmosphere. I’m very satisfied with my new dentist. She is so gentle and informative, and that goes a long way. My children are also very happy as well. Five stars all around.
