I had cleaning, exam and cancer screen. Both hygienist and dentist were thorough and carful to be gentle.
If you are scared to visit the dentist, this is NOT the place for you. I can have my blood drawn all day long but the dentist is my phobia. They advertise compassionate care but it is anything but. On my last visit I was thrown out because the nitrous machine was malfunctioning or I perceived it to be. When I started to cry a bit from fear, Dr. Scott (who is quite arrogant and does not care about your well-being) came storming down the hall and immediately became combative with me, which caused me to start crying. I’m just blown away about how kind the staff, assistants and dentists were to me. I saw 2 different dentists in my time there and it was night and day compared to treatment I’ve had since moving to Bellingham. I have POTS, MCAS and Hypermobility issues along with some secondary symptoms like sjorgrens and together they are making dental work a nightmare for me. Making the original appointment online was quick and easy, there's plenty of parking at the location. Staff is attentive and kind, very patient to extra questions. Dr. Michael Scott works quickly and efficiently, very soft hand for those usually painful jabs of lidocaine for oral treatment. Overall very good experience.
