Staff is kind and wonderful to work with.
This was my first time in the office. I found entire staff and doctors to be very friendly and helpful. I look forward to future visits. Thank you for accepting me as a new patient. Rollie
Most of the people are very nice, but the amount of time it takes to get anything scheduled and actually completed (fillings, cleanings, etc) really isn’t worth it in my opinion. Not being able to see someone for 6 months out for a basic cleaning is really not realistic for continuous care.
Front desk has always been great, but had an appointment today and showed up early. Did not expect to be taken back early, but if they could then great because I had to get back to work. Appointment time rolls around, then 10 mins after app time, 20 mins, 30 mins, and then I am told they are behind because they only have one dental assistant - why are they booking multiple appointments if they do not have the staff to see everyone at their scheduled time??
