They originally had to book me out so far I didn't know what my school schedule would be, once I had my school schedule I had to call and reschedule. They gave me my new date and time a whole month later, I asked for the time off work, go in, and they never actually rescheduled me apparently. Will not be coming back here.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here a few weeks ago. I did not have a consultation beforehand like I was told I would, The nurses didn’t say or inform me of anything, I was left in the room alone hooked up to all the equipment for a long time, and I was only able to ask one question before I was put under. i’ve been going here for 5 years for orthodontics and dental. Once Dr Beattie quit in december 2025, the orthodontics department has gone significantly downhill. I don’t know if Bright Now is unofficially a training school or hires people right out of dental school because multiple times I have gotten technicians who have hurt me accidentally or don’t know what they’re doing so I have to explain my chart to them.
