Dentist has been good but ortho office here leaves a bit too be desired. I scheduled to get my son's retainer and when we show up for the appointment they don't have the retainer. Seems like they could update me in advance so I wouldn't have to come in. This has happened twice which makes it even more surprising, also they make us wait in the office then when they tell us we have to reschedule there's not even an apologie or admission they have made a mistake.

Excellent service, kind & caring staff, amazing gentle dentist. I highly recommend this practice. As an individual who has had dental trauma and is quite tentative about who I go to I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I met and was treated by. If you have any dental fear you should give them a chance.
