i’ve been going here for 5 years for orthodontics and dental. Once Dr Beattie quit in december 2025, the orthodontics department has gone significantly downhill. I don’t know if Bright Now is unofficially a training school or hires people right out of dental school because multiple times I have gotten technicians who have hurt me accidentally or don’t know what they’re doing so I have to explain my chart to them. The staff are nice people but there are many issues that I had in my short time of visiting. It is a lot more expensive than my previous dentist (even with insurance). I have been seeing them for a few months and my teeth never had an opportunity for cleaning. My dentist said that I had a cavity and needed to be drilled but when my appointment came I was told that I could just use flouride to help. The doctor sucks so rude and unprofessional didn’t help with solving my broken tooth left me in tears..
I usually hate going to the dentist, but Bright Now Dental is a great facility and they always run on time. No waiting, which I really appreciate!
