I called to make a appt to get a check-up and cleaning thinking this was a new Dental Office. I come to find out that its all the same staff and dentist as Palmdale Dental, just under a new name. My guess is they got such bad reviews and had such bad patient satisfacition as Palmdale Dental that they changed their name thinking they can improve bussines.
My family and I have been going to Palmdale Dental for over 3 years and enough is enough!! Not only is the front counter staff unprofessional by talking gossip about diffrent paitents that leave the office, but the wait time is horrible! Last time I went I took my son to get a cavity filled. We waited 1 1/2 hours past our appt time before we got sent in. Then we waited another 2 HOURS in the dentist chair before anybody even came to work on him. Then 3 days later his filling fell out!!! So I took him back and the Dentist sai... read more
