They are very unprofessional and wanted to pull a tooth instead of finding what was wrong. The xray tech was diagnosing us and not the doctor. Went to our regular dentist and she just had a sinus infection. Told whitening trays would be ready on Tuesday and got there and same xray tech old me he hasn't made them yet. WHAT?? Why is xray tech making trays...run away
Can I make it MINUS 1 Star? My advice? RUN! RUN very fast and far away from this office. Not sure how the dentists are, since after my mother signed up with a dental HMO and was assigned here, her nightmare began and she never got as far as seeing a dentist. 2 1/2 hours for an exam and xrays. She waited an additional hour for the results of the xrays but eventually had to leave and phone them the next day. She is in her late 80's and cannot wait all these hours, but really who would?
