Horrible customer service, monopoly paid for by its members through fees and unsubstantiated fines.
Poorly Run, this monopoly company is a huge rip off and not worth any membership fee the charge, Management is a no show job and the support is non existent. This company takes from it's paying members (realtors and agents) and gives to anyone they can sell our information to. As soon as a better option surfaces, Brightmls will be without paying member because they will leave en mass.
