They have been awful to deal with and certainly not worth the money that we pay. You can never get the right amount of help.
When an agent is without MLS access for an entire day and then no one picks up in customer service, not good. I was however able to receive my MLS bill via email. Much to improve
If I could give a ZERO I would. You change passwords, leave us with no access and then DON'T ANSWER the phone or ANSWER EMAIL. YOU LEAVE US OUT OF BUSINESS with no accountability. If I had a choice I WOULD NOT CHOOSE your service. IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
