There supposed to clean Lawley park toilet. They only stay for a couple of minutes. They carry a broom and bucket to toilet which is only pretend, they do not even use them. They do no cleaning whatsoever. The toilets are discusting. They do not even sweep the floor. 2 vans arrived this morning and they done nothing and then left. This company is a RIP OF!!!!
We have witnessed Brightmark cleaning come to our public park to clean toilets. After having a sleep in the carpark, they walk down to the toilets and then walk back, they don't do any cleaning. Toilets are still filthy after they leave. We have timed them the last 3 times that they are meant to be cleaning toilets. Each time they were here for 2 minutes only, which is how long it takes to walk to and from toilets only. Worst cleaners ever.
