Absolutely terrible company. Their employees are extremely rude, inconsistent, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Not properly trained and physically violate patrons. I attended Headliners dance competition (for minor children) at the Miramar Cultural Center 2/21-2/23 and was personally mistreated by the staff. The guard did not permit me entrance into the building because he thought I was hiding snacks in my bra and asked me to pat myself down to verify his claim. This establishment exhibits a significant lack of professionalism, beginning with the owner, Maxine Gordon, who attempted to compel me to smell a firearm by brandishing it in close proximity to my face. When I pushed her hand away, she responded with laughter, which I found both frightening and unprofessional. Furthermore, many of the recently hired personnel at the Miami Dade schools lack the necessary training to handle firearms, as several guards informed her that they had never fired a weapon nor received any training. This company treat their employees like trash. I go to serval BCT terminals everyday and their employees look exhausted. I seen them outside for HOURS standing and sweating in 100 degrees weather. I also seen them outside in the bad rain. And it look like they don’t even have breaks. I can only imagine how they treat their employees at the other locations This is ridiculous no employer should treat their employees like this. I am contacting BROWARD COUNTY

This is the worst company to work for. I quit couple months and it was the best decision ever. The captain Mr Thompson is evil and rude. The owners do not care about their employees at all. They will threaten to fire you anytime. They don’t have no good Benefits. They are even trying to force people to only get their security license renewed through them only, And that is ILLEGAL! This company need to be INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!

I should have read the reviews first. The reviews don’t lie Mr. Thompson was so rude I was given his number by an employee to contact him and when I did he texted me things I would need to bring and then he said he wanted to do an interview over the phone.
