Jackson and his crew did a fantastic job! They worked diligently in the cold, rainy weather to complete the work. They were punctual, polite and professional. We will definitely be using them for our future landscaping needs!
Jackson and his crew are very impressive! Despite all the rain we have had, he keeps on schedule. We are surprised to see them on Sunday or evenings, just to make sure he doesn't make customers wait when the rain has hindered mowing. He also replaced some dead shubs but unlike the previous 2 replacements from a prior lawn service, he identified the problem causing them to die and recommended a fix. We are very happy with his service.
After a terrible experience with a big-name landscaping company in Shelby Township—where I was treated like just another account and fed constant excuses—I switched to Jackson and his team at Bright Lawn and Landscaping.
