I have attended the DBT group led by Jessica for a couple of weeks and I have been completely dissatisfied with my experience. I have gone through DBT twice before at a different program and was extremely pleased with the results and how knowledgeable the group leaders were. I understand that Jessica is an intern, however she has not done the material justice. I have been seeing Kara for around 3 years. When I met her, I was a shell of the person I used to be. She provides a very safe space to be who you are. She helps me through trauma and realizing how my neurodivergence affects my day to day life. We laugh. We cry. It's always been a wholesome and extremely helpful experience. Thank you Kara for always being fantastic at your job!

I've been seeing Jessica B. For about 3 mos. She is currently an intern but let me tell you... this girl has been such a huge help for me and a safe space. She has walked me through trauma and helped me root cause ALOT of stuff in just 3 mos. I'm so thankful I found this place and Jessica!
