It is okay, they get the job done when it's needed, everything's quick easy if you can make your appointment at the right time you can get in and out with ease
I waited months for an appointment at this office only to show up and be told the person I was supposed to be seeing was no longer there. Had I been informed, I could have been looking for someone else for who knows how long. They said they sent a letter which I never received. How hard is it to send a text message, or a phone call to let patients know when a provider has left?

The workers help people when they’re there and genuinely seem concerned about their patients but the establishment is only open THREE days a week with no back up phone number to call for a doctor. That’s the most insane thing I’ve ever heard for a behavioral health place. When they’re closed the patients have to be taken to the hospital. Literally no other options. That’s not how any reputable business should run.
