I like the drs. They really listened to me. But it takes them forever to answer the phone. I called 3 times so far today and still no one has answered. Do better!
It is okay, they get the job done when it's needed, everything's quick easy if you can make your appointment at the right time you can get in and out with ease
I waited months for an appointment at this office only to show up and be told the person I was supposed to be seeing was no longer there. Had I been informed, I could have been looking for someone else for who knows how long. They said they sent a letter which I never received. How hard is it to send a text message, or a phone call to let patients know when a provider has left?
