This location placed my child on. Waiting list, said it would be about 6 months. After 1 year, I was told my child would be called the month after; no call, no email. After a year and a half, they then gave long excuses, such as short-staffed, etc. to try getting on a waiting list for another location, 45 mins away, which my child did not even qualify for due to age. My son has been attending Bright Futures ABA Therapy since July of last year after he was diagnosed with autism. He struggles with developmental delay and behavioral problems, including physical aggression, property damage, inappropriate attention seeking and elopement.
