The personnel were all very professional, supportive and friendly. Doctor Hornberger's inspection, attention to detail and prescription creation was all top notch. Now the prices for the glasses, even with my insurance was above what I expected, but with the quality of the glasses and the above mentioned service you get what you pay for. With my particular insurance they told me that It might be 2 to 3 weeks before the glasses came in.
The personnel were all very professional, supportive and friendly.The inspection, attention to detail and prescription creation was all top notch. Now the prices for the glasses, even with my insurance was WAY above what I have ever been charged. I had sticker shock. They told me that It might be 3 weeks before the Glasses came in! Looking back I should have just taken the prescription and looked elsewhere.
