Awesome experience at Bright Eyes, my prescription was spot on and I’ve had problems in the past with other optometrists getting it accurate. The staff was very knowledgeable and figured out my costs with my insurances so nothing was a surprise. Very happy with everything there and so glad I switched!

I walked into Bright Eyes without an appointment to see if they could adjust my glasses from slipping down my nose! The staff was so friendly and immediately greeted me when I came in. Within minutes they had made the adjustments. I also asked about getting a new pair of prescription sunglasses which was also very easy, and I found frames I like from their great selection. Thank you Bright Eyes!
Contact exams are cheaper elsewhere(aka 20$ on 1800 contacts NOT 200$ AS THEY CHARGE HERE). BEWARE they added a glasses exam that I did not ask for and so I had to pay for the contact exam out of pocket since the glasses exam I didn't ask for used up my copay. They don't ask either, about what services you plan to be charged for they just do them and charge you for them. Very unprofessional. I've been seeing Dr. Chen since November of 2021 and I've had great experiences every time I've come in. She is so warm and welcoming, and genuinely seems so passionate and caring about her patients. During my most recent exam, she noticed I had some abrasions on my eye and set me up with treatment to tackle the issue and prevent any complications.
