I was on vacation in NOLA and broke my glasses at 4 pm on a Friday. I walked in to Bright Eyes at 4:45 and Debe C. greeted me with a smile. She was able to fix my frames-saving my vacation - and refused to take any $$. Then she adjusted my glasses to be sure they were straight. This is a fabulous place with superior customer service. I recommend them 100%. Thank you Bright Eyes!!!!!
I should be ashamed of myself for not writing this review sooner. I have been a patient of Dr. Korcz for the last 2 years and have been extremely pleased with her attentiveness, her very comprehensive eye exams and patience and enthusiasm in answering any questions you may have. My former Eye Dr. who I saw for 30 yrs retired. Am I glad I found Dr. Korcz. Had I known about her sooner I would have had to switch from my former Doc who I thought was great.
