I had a mobile appointment with this clinic and the doctor who came out to see me was kind, considerate, and professional. I don’t think the issue is with him. He said I’d be getting a prescription and options for glasses sent to me by the receptionist. I followed her instructions, sent the photo she asked for, and then heard absolutely nothing. The Mobil clinic came out to see my Mom at the assisted living facility. She is Homebound so she can not get out to get eyeglasses. It has been 2 months and we still do not have an eyeglass prescription. They are now telling me that they did not measure her pupillary distance and when(if) I get the prescription they will not include this. She is completely Homebound and getting her somewhere to get this done is very difficult. The visit was useless.

I’ve met a few patients in assisted living facilities, including Mayberry Gardens and Senior Care Beltline. This service is a godsend and makes a huge difference in quality of life. Thank you for visiting those who cannot travel or afford eye care.
