Buyer Beware! My family has used this eye doctor for contacts for years, but I highly encourage you to avoid them for eyeglasses/lenses. I started my attempt for basic lenses in November of 2022. I still do not have glasses I can wear as of today and I am out a lot of money and my insurance won't cover anything more because they only pay for one pair per year. I just moved to the area and went to Bright Eyes Family Vision and saw Dr. Kara Pulsfus. I wanted to get in before the new year but only her office was willing to get me and my wife in. This is after I called a handful of other places with no luck. She was very thorough, explained everything and graciously listened and answered questions we had. Excellent service! Super nice with kids!
Everyone was so helpful from my daughter's exam, to listening to our concerns with her eyes and even helped her pick out her glasses. I would definitely recommend this practice.
