Very friendly atmosphere. Staff was not pushy in terms of making a sale. I would have preferred that they were more upfront about the extra out of pocket costs however (the actual insurance co-pay amounts). Dr. Chiao is a glaucoma expert and I felt comfortable talking with her about this very important condition that can easily go unnoticed but should be screened for regularly.
