Had a call from saying they are calling from Bright Engery headquartered in Florida. I have repeatedly to be taken off the list and they are still keep calling
Went to a fair in around Winter Springs and their company had a booth there.I talked to them and they promised me 6 months with interest free financing. Everything was done in a orderly manner but afterwards I noticed the financing was incorrect. After weeks of trying to contact them I finally get them to honor the 6 months but they are still charging me Interest.
I had Bright Energy come out and look at my home to see why my electric bill was so high. The staff all the way from the tech that came to my home to the office staff that was their anytime I had any questions were very nice and helpful. All in all a great experience with Bright Energy!
Absolutely terrible customer service and almost impossible to contact if you have any problems.They never call you back and thats considering if you are lucky enough to actually get through to a person to ask for help.They also lied about 6 month interest free financing.After 2 weeks try to get ahold of them finally talked to one of them theey agreed for 6 months financing but never got back to me about the interest so Im having to pay it now!Went to the call centers address 3 times finally met someone because most of the ti... read more
The first time they came to visit they did horrible service. They only insulated half of my attic and they unplugged my refrigerator and freezer inside my garage. They use those plugs to plug up a fan to keep them cool while one person was inside the trailer and the other one was an addict. When they left they did not plug it back up! I had to throw away all my food the company did nothing about it.
