26/06 I ordered Dyson from this shop and on 9th July I had to cancel my order because it was never dispatched. After cancellation I had to wait 6-14 business days for the refund. However, 19 business days later I am still asked to wait another 2 business days. Or this company is a scam or with very bad processes.
