I have had some of the best experiences of my life at a dentist coming to this place!! Starting with the front desk staff, they are the most amazing people you could have. I wish I personally knew their names, but I’ve been there enough to know that every single one who works there is going to take extra care of you. They are the nicest people! The worst ever!! They don’t return your phone call. They are rude while talking to you. I can’t get a hold of anyone there it keeps going to voicemail. It’s been two months and they still haven’t worked out my insurance. All they do is take your money.
Honestly, absolutely worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Vanessa the bigger receptionist, is horribly rude and disrespectful. Hung up on me multiple times, spoke for the doctor on an antibiotic I requested without consulting him first, refused to tell me how I can file a complaint on her, and so much more. We are very happy with our experiences at Bright Dental on Northport. The office staff is so helpful and friendly. Also the dental office is extremely clean. The dentist we had today was super friendly and patient with my 9 year old child. She doesn’t like getting the Novocain shot but he calmly talked her through it. We drive from an hour away. But I have decided to move all my children here for their dental work and I myself will be switching to here. I am so happy to have found this dental office
