There was some misunderstanding after my today's visit. I called the dentist's office and the issue was quickly resolved. Everybody may make a mistake but it's important if they care. They do. :-)

I was pleased at the hygienic procedures during the Pandemic. Life has changed but I felt safe in the waiting room and during the cleaning I had.

I visited JT in June 2020. They took very good care of each patient, including myself. They took multiple steps to ensure the facility was clean and germ-free, especially during this time. I went in for a cleaning and my dentist was so kind. She had a genuine conversation with me and took extra care during my cleaning. She did not rush but took her time to remove hidden plaque underneath my ever-so-difficult permanent retainers. Your efforts do not go unnoticed! Thank you JT!

Dr Winterich makes you feel so comfortable and that's great for me because i'm a big chicken. He has state of the art equipment and he took the time to explain the process until I felt comfortable. He also has a great,talented and friendly staff. I'm 69 years old and I've been to quite a few but he ranks number 1.
