Great team! We needed a Mini-Split installation to be completed (pressure tested, vac-sealed, and freon released). Most folks wouldn't "work on another guy's unfinished job", but Darryl (sp?) was all about helping. They gave me an appointment so soon I missed it (next day!) and then gave me a new one during their week of vacation to help me out. (!) They came out 2 days later to do the job. Darrell and everyone we’ve worked with at Bright over the past few years has been amazing! Timely, kind, affordable and quality work.
We called Darrel on the advise of a good friend. They came out a and diagnosed the problem. Said they needed to order a part. That was the last we heard from them. We have called and called and left messages , but after weeks no response!
Absolutely no communication! I have a home warranty and I told them that when I called for somebody to look at my AC that's currently not working. When you're working with a home warranty company, there's going to be documents that have to be filled out and pictures for verification. They sent a tech, charged me $165 for diagnosis and nothing. No communication with me, Choice Warranty has not heard a thing, they have left me in the dark and I have to call another company and start over. Unbelievable.
