Bright Bay Lincoln Service Dep’t was an Outstanding Experience. They took my car in promptly. I was greeted nicely. My service advisor Janice was a Sweetheart . She check what I needed and also any recalls for my vehicle. She was very pleasant and friendly. We even had small talk. I did not have to wait long for my vehicle. Great Customer Service! In the waiting area there were pretzels, coffee, tea, water,etc. to snack on. Great Job!
5 star rating. Reception polite and prompt. Darren our service coordinator was professional and knowledgeable. Helped with a recall and some other issues . Loaner car was fabulous. Thanks again, Richard Pantina
