Poor customer service skill sets and “pass the buck” around attitude. This place has gone downhill. Let’s do our jobs today when we show up to the office ladies. Saving money on policies should be the top priority for your clientele.
I’ve been a client at Bright Insurance for years- also ref’d multiple friends and family members. You call insurance agents for a reason, to ask questions and be led in the right direction. Maybe to compare quotes and answer questions you obviously don’t know the process about. Lately every time I’ve called I’ve been receiving attitude.
