Awesome customer service! Doing my tax return was a breeze, Leo was knowledgeable and also explained certain things with great detail, unlike past tax agents who didn't. Look forward to continuing with Leo in the future.
Extremely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a Zoom meeting at 5pm on Tue 6th June. I confirmed with the receptionist prior. At 5.45pm I called to follow up and the receptionist could not confirm Leo’s availability if he was running late from a meeting or not. At 6.25pm still no update and waiting. Phone line switched to answering machine. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication, no email, no phone call, nothing. No excuse!
