RecommendedGreat place to live. Huge apartments. Awesome bedrooms best mattress I’ve had at any apartment complex. Managers are super chill and you see them for maybe a minute at clean checks. Lots of parking. Overall my favorite place I’ve lived in Rexburg. Leaving cause I’m getting married.
Ryan, the owner of the complex is amazing and is willing to go out of his way to help you have the best experience you can while at Brigham's Mill. The on sight management is great as well and answers all questions that you might have. The actual apartments are obviously great as they are brand new. I would definitely recommend this other students at BYU-I!
Brigham’s Mill has awesome management. They have worked really well with tenants throughout the last bit of construction on the apartments.
Best place in Rexburg! Clean/brand new rooms, friendly professional management and close to campus.
Freshman year was great I really enjoyed living here! The interior was excellent, great location, great view!
