Lived here 8+ years- 1st Management and maintenence team Was AMAZING!!! & Courteous and quick to fix anything and adress any issues or concerns but ever since they left , nothing truly gets fixed and just keeps getting pushed to the next management and then my requests or concerns never fully got documented and we've been through alot of management they say they fix things but never show up . Very nice apts, up to date appliances, Office and Maintenence are very good at taking care of residents SO much better than the girl running things last year!
When we moved here, we found " OUR FOREVER HOME " at the BRIGHAM PLACE APARTMENTS in Brigham City Utah. This COMMUNITY is full of FRENDLY NEIGHBORS, a SMALL PARK for KIDS to swing and the LITTLE ONES to squeal down the slides and lots of area for WALKING our FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS and an enclosed area for them to conduct their business!! I greatly appreciate the fact that we have WASHER and DRYERS in each apartment along with SPACIOUS FLOOR PLANS!! Our new management is awesome! They are so nice every time you see them. Ryann is so helpful and she plans fun activities every holiday. They installed pet stations and it makes it so easy to clean up after our dogs! And Blake is out and about everyday and does what he says he will do. I love my apartment and my neighbors!
Great place to live. Clean environment. Ryann and Blake are great to work with. Work orders are attended to in a timely manner. I have lived here 11years and do not plan on moving.
