The staff here are helpful and on top of things.
I have lived here for 9 years and have loved it the entire time. They have excellent response time with work orders! You can text them with any questions, put in your own work orders online. We have access to the dog park and gym through an app on our phone. It is the best place to live in Brigham City and fairly priced. All of my neighbors are all nice people. I really enjoy living here. Our current manager is great. She is extremely helpful !
My mother has lived here for the past 5 years and I just moved in about 6 months ago. The staff (mainly Ryann) was very helpful in my and my dogs, transition into the apartment- which I was so grateful for. The staff regularly asks residents for their feedback in ways to improve not only the facility, but the community. They have a gym on site, the cutest community garden plots, a dog run, and dog trash sites with trash bags available for your fur babies.
