RecommendedI had to go to the ER last night due to a migraine. We knew it was busy and had no problem waiting our turn. The dr was great this time. Dr. Swan was so nice and understanding. The nurse Tianna was exceptional. This is the first time a nurse from your hospital had to put in an IV and never hurt me or left a bruise. She needs to train same day surgery her technique!! Thank you for the positive interaction we had. Well done!!
I had a family member who was sent here via ambulance early this week- the ER doc said it was no big deal and sent him home. The next day he was back in the ER (different hospital) and is finally being treated and we are finally getting answers. He is extremely sick and should not have been sent home. Please do better for your community.
MY HUSBAND WESTON ROSS ENTERED BRIGHAM CITY HOSPITAL TWICE IN THE PAST 3 WEEKS WITH PANCREATITIS. HE HAD A VERY BAD INFECTION IN HIS PANCREAS. WE WER'NT AWARE THAT HIS DIET WAS HURTING HIM. well it happened again even after we have told our children TO NEVER EVER GO to brigham city community hospital Emergency room. my daughter WENT there with issues that are serious. they do all their tests and they say its nothing and brush her off. problem starts again the next day and we tell her to go to the hospital in Logan and they run tests and low and behold there is a problem... the ER in Brigham is qualified to put one bandaid and 1 stitch. Get better Doctors and receptionists who know what they're would be a GREAT start
I saw NP Stephan Moss. He has poor diagnostic skills and poor follow through with a disease known to last up to 6 weeks. Strongly suggest seeing someone else.
They never put in the adjustments from Humana. They always say I owe money then I have to call them and tell them to look at their own notes in the system and correct it.
Just called and confirmed that I got charged nearly double because I mentioned two symptoms to the doctor instead of one. They literally charged me more because I mentioned that I was having body aches along with my sore throat. I laughed out loud when they told me this on the phone. Guess I'm just lucky they didn't charge me for having a fever too.
