I told the receptionist who called to confirm my appointment about this, and she said I just needed to update to the new insurance in my patient gateway account before showing up for the appointment. Terrible experience from start to finish. This place is a complete disaster. I have absolutely no hope that it will ever improve because the problems run deep at every level. The doctor ignores emails completely, and instead a nurse responded — and even lied to me, saying the prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I checked multiple times over two weeks, and nothing was ever sent. I kept emailing back and forth, but the level of efficiency is zero. They wasted my time, energy, and patience.
