It is a disaster place. I have no hope this place will ever improve since all of them are bad. The doctor does not respond to her emails. Instead the nurse responded and lied to me that she had sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy. I have checked the pharmacy several times in the last 2weeks and emailed her back and forth but efficiency is zero and all about wasting time and resources. My husband was sick and out of Boston for 3 years, which resulted in taking all our family out of the patients list. What a horrible attitude. Shame on you! ( it is not zero starts because the physician we had dr. V. was wonderful. No more, as she REFUSED to accept sick patients back) OMG
Practice purposefully makes patients come in for two visits that could easily completed in one visit. This allows for several hundreds of dollars more to be billed for the consultation and hospital location before ultimately billing for the service provided on a second date.
Got a surprise bill for removing a small mole, $1,200! Outrageous! Pretend to be an out patient clinic then shock you with oversized hospital based overhead prices! Talented dermatologists but hospital overhead ridiculously expensive
