I saw Dr. Singer for scalp concerns today and let me just say, he is a WONDERFUL doctor. Never in my life have I ever had such a compassionate doctor. He was very educated and he had a really awesome personality! Thank you so much Dr. Singer!!! As for the front desk ladies, both were very kind and quick! Smiles on both of their faces and they were efficient. I feel so lucky to have been referred to this office!
Horrible experience speaking with the receptionist. He was extremely rude. AI would have been a better choice for them. I’d take talking to a machine over an insensitive human.
I cannot speak to the doctors or medical professionals at this office. However, my experience with the scheduling staff was concerning. This was the fourth office I contacted that morning to arrange an appointment, and the individual who answered the phone was immediately defensive and unprofessional in tone.
