I cannot speak to the doctors or medical professionals at this office. However, my experience with the scheduling staff was concerning. This was the fourth office I contacted that morning to arrange an appointment, and the individual who answered the phone was immediately defensive and unprofessional in tone. Don't know what others are talking about but front desk was very polite and professional both on the phone and in person a couple of weeks ago. Maybe staffing changes have taken place. Doctor was very knowledgeable and courteous taking his time to thoroughly examine me and explaining each step as we went along. Also made accommodations to his schedule for my follow up appointment. Yes the building appears old, but had an interesting aged vibe, but rooms were clean and redone.
WORST Doctors office I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional and dirty room to sit in while I sat there for 30min waiting for a doctor that never showed up. Got dressed and walked out. Told the front desk but no one cares. Unprofessional, dirty, and hard to find office building and suite. Waited months for this appointment
