I am not one to write a negative review but my experience here is that this place needs to get their act together. No one seems to tell you the same thing and it boggles my mind why they would have people upfront who don’t know their policies and procedures. Dental work is expensive and if you can’t give the proper information about small things it doesn’t give me a lot of faith in having them take care of the big things.
I’ve been going to Brigham City Smiles for years. They have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff and doctors. I always feel well taken care of during a visit. They are 100% devoted to patient care. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
I went today for my consultation and it all went very well. The staff I met and talked with are very kind and understanding. Jocelyn has been great from the first phone call. Jenny welcoming me when I arrived there. She’s definitely a great representative to have there! Gracie who did my X-ray is very friendly as well and helpful. Dr. Murdock is a stud and what a great man he is and felt very comfortable meeting him and discussing things over.
