Excellent regular cleaning and first-class dentistry. Friendly and helpful staff.
They refuse to listen to their patients when specific accommodations are requested, i.e. forgoing xrays due to medical concerns. They also constantly push unnecessary procedures. Update: I reached out to the clinic with my concerns and Dr. Murdock called me. Instead of offering a simple apology, he became defensive and launched into tirade berating my concerns and then proceeded to hurl personal insults at me. I love several of the hygienist there, especially Misty Holland, she is so thorough and gentle. Dr Bowen is great and feel confident in her care
I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist Misty was awesome! She was very nice and gentle with what she was doing. Scheduled another appointment to get my retainer fixed and Kim and Dr. Bowens were both also amazing, quick, and cracking jokes while working on me! Amazing Dental Office, 10/10 Recommended
