We were happy to find a locally ran shop with trek bikes that was also helpful. However after my husband had already paid for his bike and went to pick it up the next day the snob at the counter would barely give my husband the time of day. Even helped multiple people who came in after my husband without even acknowledging my husband. Wouldve given 5 stars up until i picked up my bike, now I give 0! Called twice, on a wednesday and a friday, spoke to the same guy each time. He was super nice and very helpful. I ended up paying for my bike friday with plans to pick it up saturday morning. I went to get my bike saturday morning, 5 people came in after me. The guy working was one of the owners, Tyler to be exact, he never even greeted me yet he helped everyone else in the store who came in after me. RecommendedThese guys are GREAT! I'm getting my 7th bike from them and every time they take great care of me and any follow up bike repairs/maintenance! Awesome knowledge of bikes and components. Very friendly and superb customer service! Highly recommend them for cycling needs and other outdoor equipment.
Happened upon this place while passing through. My wife is an archaeologist and we camp a lot so we’re always looking for gear. Glad we made the stop. Great customer service, solid selection, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be stopping by more when in town.
I have purchased several outdoor items. Tubes, tires, helmets, and special orders all have been better priced than online. Customer service was great and the work they did on my bike and my boys bike has been fantastic.
They are very helpful there and they know their stuff when it comes to bikes. Awesome shop, great people

Great prices, very reasonable rates for repairs, friendly, & helpful. We bought a Thule bike rack for our car. We are very happy with it. They aren't out to gouge you.
