Neurology department at this hospital has kept me waiting for an appointment since early October. The staff have refused to listen when I mentioned that the health issue I'm dealing with has been worsening and that I need a sooner appointment due to health concerns. Staff told me last minute that my appointment would be in person, despite it originally being virtual.
