los médicos excelente, medicina de adultos excelente. laboratorio excelente. financial department excelente. pero la atención al paciente en pediatría es deplorable, mucho tiempo de espera en las líneas telefónicas, la devolución de llamadas de las enfermeras duran en promedio 4 o 5 horas., a parte de que algunas enfermera tienen actitud con los padres. el tiempo de espera en el telefono entre que te contesten y te dejen en espera para atender otras llamadas oscila entre los 45 mins - 1 hora. pienso que estos últimos puntos ... read more
