There are no words to describe the outstanding care, support and guidance by Brigham and Women's. My spouse was treated for AML there and we could not have asked for a better team of nurses, doctors and all the other staff that came into our lives. In July of 2013 my husband had complications after a stem cell transplant and was flown to BWH in the care of MICU he was cared for, I was cared for and to all those there who gave everything to him he sadly passed away. Dr. Weaver and his surgical staff are incredible. Many thanks go out to the nurses and pca's that took care of me as well.
The staff on 6b go far above and beyond with the care they take for and with us patients. If it weren't for them and the support they give and offer I know I wouldn't have been in the right state of mind to fight and eventually win this battle against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
