Great hospital and great care, wouldn't go anywhere else for surgery
Tough experience for me as the blockage was thick and had reached almost 99% according to Dr. Pinjab Shah, the Chief of the Catheterization Lab at BWH who performed the procedure with his staff. That was up from the original 90% when a similar procedure was attempted at Boston Medical Center two weeks earlier and was unsuccessful. The procedure which normally takes 1-1 1/2 hours took almost 4 hours for Dr. Shah's staff to complete. Received heart transplant in 2006 have follow up appointments twice a year staff and dr's are the best I wouldn't go anywhere else
