First, I would like to state that I think BWH is an amazing hospital. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Espok of Orthopedics, was not. I found him to be both rude and condescending in answering my questions. Particularly as it related to my knee injury and my requesting confirmation that I would not be further exacerbating my injury while working as my job requires that I walk/stand for protracted periods without a break... SO SLOW!!!! Took 25 min just to check in. Checking out.... waited 15 minutes and just left. Dr. was great though.
