Excellent care here.
This hospital is a great hospital. I went in was seen by triage fairly quick! I was able to see the Dr. Quickly. I was treated with respect. The Dr.'s were nice and thorough. I was very pleased. The nurseses were professional and attentive.
I had Neurosurgery at Brigham and women’s hospital. Most of the experience was good but the nurses on the Neuro PACU we’re very unfriendly. I went up there at night was treated terribly. I really wasn’t sure where I was and nobody would help me. If I have to go back, I hope I don’t have to deal with the same nurses.
