Excellent care and all the staff were kind and courteous.
Terrible experience — unethical billing practices and poor patient care I went to this allergy department for routine allergy testing and paid my copay the day of service. I saw a nurse practitioner for the testing, and at the end of the appointment I was briefly led into another room to meet with a doctor. This hospital and staff has been a godsend for our family. Our son suffers from Mastocytosis and Dr. Giannetti has truly been the most knowledgeable and best doctor we could’ve ever asked for. He is quick to respond when an issue arises. We look forward to our yearly visits with him but he is always available to us anytime of the year. Would not make an appointment with them. The nurse outright told me they don’t value what the patient reports, only tests and other doctors. The biggest problem with that is the tests for MCAS have been proven inaccurate in enough cases for them not to be fda approved. I have an EDS specialist’s recommendation and they still tried to force an allergist on me.
