I got a referral to them for a rare condition Progesterone Hypersensitivity in which I have already gone into anaphylaxis and am not able to find anyone to treat me. They are top specialists in this condition, many of the research papers on it come out of this clinic. I was even going to travel from California for as long as I needed for treatment. Excellent care and all the staff were kind and courteous.
Terrible experience — unethical billing practices and poor patient care I went to this allergy department for routine allergy testing and paid my copay the day of service. I saw a nurse practitioner for the testing, and at the end of the appointment I was briefly led into another room to meet with a doctor. That conversation lasted less than three minutes — just a quick review of my results. This hospital and staff has been a godsend for our family. Our son suffers from Mastocytosis and Dr. Giannetti has truly been the most knowledgeable and best doctor we could’ve ever asked for. He is quick to respond when an issue arises. We look forward to our yearly visits with him but he is always available to us anytime of the year.
