I am outraged. This has been the worst experience with healthcare that I have ever had. With a family member dying in the ICU the nurses had a vendetta against us because after one of them manipulated, lied and broke professional boundaries we asked for her to be removed from the care of our family member. From that moment on the good experience that we had for the 5 days that we had been already there completely changed. Good luck, everybody. Continually mis-bills. Will never send to insurance coded as preventative properly. They stick to their guns when called out. I hope the attorney general some day really fine-tooth combs through their bills and insurance submissions. Consumers are trapped in this burgeoning monolith of heath care providers. There is really no recourse but to pay, pay, pay.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer support staff at Brigham and Women's Hospital. I found some representatives to be unhelpful, difficult to reach, and lacking clear communication. My concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, which caused unnecessary frustration and stress. I expected more professionalism and better customer service from a hospital of this reputation. I hope management reviews these issues and works to improve the patient experience.

You cannot get a doctor here to be on time to an appointment if their patients lives depended on it. Boston hospitals are the pits of hell and they have zero respect for anyone's time outside the hospital.
