Very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable medical staff. High level of care.
Called L&D to schedule a tour of their facilities. I tried to watch their 11 year outdated video on their website and it wasn’t working. They kept transferring me to different departments. I kept getting a “ oh let me transfer you because I don’t know anything about it. Kept going back and forth. I got hung up 3 times. Are you guys still on strike? Why is nobody picking up the phones? Why does no one know what’s going on? Why is their website down? Why haven’t they updated their room tour video after more than a decade?
Doctors were so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and great with communication…. The nurses on the other hand, I can tell didn’t pay attention in school to any of the right things. Nurse blew out my vein, couldn’t get orders ready because no communication skills what so ever, never bothered to update me on how things were going just dropped off my discharge papers and left me waiting with my IV still in… the nurses here are exactly who give all nurses bad wraps.
