Best hospital in Boston I went there had a stomach ache they took care of me like I was one of there own they told me what was wrong and gave me medicine felt better when I left there and didn’t have to wait long to get a room thank you Vincent Marshall and Catherine llamas Treated me nice thank you so much if you come to Boston I definitely recommend this hospital
Was admitted for 4 night during early covid days. Doctors and nurses were very professional, they saved my life. However, I did have to go to ER twice before being admitted which shouldn't have been the case since my condition was severe the first time. Food was great meat time was the highlight of my days. The ER waiting room has been reduced in recent years to a tiny room.
Worst hospital ever!!! Especially for mentally ill person. They will wait until someone is hurt before they take u serious. The entire staff is a joke. Go anywhere but here if u want ur love ones to be saved or helped.
The hospital staff provides excellent care, and the service is consistently commendable. However, the design of the front entrance for patient drop-off and pickup is extremely problematic. The area is often severely congested, creating a high-risk environment for patients, visitors, and medical providers. Traffic flow is tight, and visibility is nearly nonexistent—raising serious safety concerns. One potential improvement would be removing the landscaped center garden and lawn at the front entrance.
